> List of bad experiences from a person who regrets using Premire Pools & Spas (Scott Walk) in Chattanooga and NW Georgia market.

> \* Pool was set 6” to high on day 1 due to having an inexperienced fill-in site supervisor who did not measure the base of the pool before the dig. Premier said they would not correct the height and I refused to allow work to continue unless it was correct. It was finally corrected after a few weeks of back and forth.
>
> \* Stone work was and is horrible. Sloppy cuts, they installed broken tiles, dry stacked stone has grout showing on a large portion of the stones, cut lines that are not aligned with each other.
>
> \* Copping (stone finish on rim) is 2” shorter than the concrete beam it sits on. This left a lip that the pavers would not install to. It cost us $2500  extra to cut the lip off when the pavers were installed. We used another company to install the patio pavers based on the recommendation of the Premier Salesman.

> \* Workers dumped debris and stone scraps in our yard and on the PVC water pipes for the pool. When I requested the stone be removed and PVC pipes inspected, the people who did the plaster covered the pipes with plaster. It was then impossible to have the lines inspected. Also since the patio was not done by Premier they refused to cover the water lines and pushed liberty to the patio company.

> \* Skimmer covers were set 1” above the copping at the lowest setting. This is a problem since you set pavers lower than the copping (rim of pool) to drain water/rain away from the pool. They said that was my problem since I did patio off contract (Premier Salesman recommended) with another company.
>
> \* Scott Walk who owns this franchise will not engage customers. He and the main people running the construction side in Elijay GA will not call you back. Communication is 95% through text messages, even resolving issues.
