We also added a pergola, which turned out beautifully and tied the whole space together. The pricing was more than fair for the quality of work, and the results speak for themselves—everyone who visits asks who did our patio! Highly recommend Kairos if you’re looking for craftsmanship, reliability, and a clean, contemporary finish.

> Took over 5 months for a partial kitchen remodel, two-level flooring, and stair railings. Materials were ordered late. Subcontractors were changed frequently for the same task. Customer requests ignored. The job was too big for Kairos to complete at a high level of detail, without problems. If you don't care about time or quality, might be a good choice.
