He said it would be cheaper to recover the steps. They had to redo the steps 3 times and still we have a crack in one. We were told the last time they should last without cracks for years. The sidewalk was going to be a specific width which was changed without our knowledge but which we ended up paying for the additional cement. But the big problem is SPAULDING or put another way, chips and pits in the sidewalk. When I ask Tyler about it he told me what it was and that it couldn't be skimmed over. He didn't say how it could be fixed or that they would fix it. I've since read that it can be fixed by replacing it. I ask about the warranty and was told that neither was covered! I ask what was covered and have not received a reply. I had believed that they would be good for their work. I also thought they wanted all their customers satisfied.
