Is this quote to high? A: That actually sounds like a good price. Some companies will sandblast the old surface to rough it up then bond coat it then apply new surface. The best results for the new finish to adhere are to completely chip out the old finish down to gunite before resurfacing. Make sure you understand how they plan to go about doing it.
