I was completely overwhelmed with all the choices that I had to make, and Nicole was a master at understanding what we wanted and knew exactly where to go to find it at a reasonable price. She saved us so much time and stress. She had great relationships with all of our suppliers - tile, stone, wood flooring, furniture, window coverings, cabinet makers - and if ever anything was not perfect she handled it quickly and professionally. Our project was on-time and on budget which is in large part to her expertise. She was great at helping us know where to cut corners and where to spend our money. Her eye for color is flawless -- I have struggled to find the right paint colors in the past and she was able to translate what exactly what I meant for each room. She came up with better ideas for our kitchen than our architect did and as a mom, she really understood how a family with three kids and a dog would need to function in our new living space. Not sure why it took more than two seconds to realize that having all the space under the vanity actually gives more room for hair and other whatnot to hide. My back already hurts thinking about the extra bending to clean that bit of extra floor space. Also, though our contractor assured me he can add extra reinforcements to secure them to the wall, he also said he's heard of some that come crashing down when humans over 100 pounds stood on them to change a lightbulb or such. Since we are considering renting the house down the line, this froze me in my tracks. I guess I can post a big sign that says: "PLEASE DO NOT SIT OR STAND ON VANITY."
