**Q: would you share flooring details** *(in Photo Questions)*

are you able to share details of flooring used in family room/kitchen.  Love it

A: I'm glad that you like the flooring.  It is a wood laminate made by Mohawk.  The style is Kincade, in color Glazed Honeynut Cherry.  Always be sure to use a good quality underlayment when installing wood laminate.  It helps to prevent that clicking sound when walking across the floor and also makes the floor feel softer.  It's an added expense that is definitely worth the extra cost.

A: I had the desk custom made by my furniture maker in Los Angeles.  I'm glad you like it.

**Q: What wallpaper did you use? It is pretty.** *(in Photo Questions)*

I want to use it for our study room.

A: The wall covering is a grasscloth from Stark  - Pattern: Pearl  Color: Maize.  I'm glad you like it.

I was just about to ask what materials were used, then I read the description.  The color and feel of this is so DEEP.  I love it.

A: Thanks so much!

**Q: What is the color of the walls behind the mirror and any extra finishes?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The walls are covered in a grasscloth from Stark, pattern 'Pearl', color 'Maize'.  The bookcases, base and crown are painted in Sherwin Williams 'Banana Cream' and then
a tinted glaze was applied over that to give it more of an aged look.
