While respectful of taking and responding to client feedback, they take great pride in delivering a high quality product so they push back appropriately, creating a real team with us.  We were out of state for the entire project and they took complete ownership from start to finish.  Our project was brand new construction so Toby Zack had the dual responsibility of overseeing construction management and overseeing the entire interior design process (from selection to procurement to delivery and installation). They took the time upfront to understand our vision and tastes and then ensured that they worked directly with the condo developer to ensure that our desires were met.  They also showed great flexibility in working to meet our budget.  We trust Toby Zack Designs 100% and would not hesitate to use them again!
