My husband and I gut-renovated a New York City apartment. From the very beginning Eric and his assistant Aria guided me well for a newbie, while taking time to understand what I wanted. He went above and beyond and would often come back with thoughtful suggestions about designing the space for optimal use. Aesthetically he is contemporary, clean, and uses materials of the latest technology, such as all LED lights and laser printed floor tiles. > > Contrary to most construction projects, we stayed on budget and on time. The plumbing is not particularly complicated -- similar to a typical dishwasher. **Q: What kind of microwave is in this kitchenette?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: It's actually not a microwave but a small convection oven. It was made by Gaggenau and distinguished by its unique loading method: the cooking rack lowers from the oven enclosure.
