The first property is known as the Centerboard Inn, Nina came in and picked everything from the paint colors, furniture, rugs, built-ins, moldings, along with the artwork and finishing touches. She did an outstanding job, so much so that guests have made it the \#1 Rated Inn on Nantucket. Our second project together was another Boutique Inn called the Regatta Inn also located on Nantucket. Again Nina did an incredible job, this time we decided (after much consultation and trust in Nina) to go a little more contemporary, we call it "Coastal Elegance". It came out incredible, (rated \#2 on Nantucket) I couldn't be more happy with everything she picked and her ability to execute on such a large ($900k budget) project and finish on-time. As it turns out we just bought another Inn on the Cape in Chatham, MA and are redoing it. It's a large complicated project, and YES we are using Nina Liddle Design.
