I was happy with with most everything. Barenz was in constant contact with us even when we were on vacation in Greece. Ron and Ronnie were the best. Ronnie even took my phone calls on weekends! I was given dates of what would be happening. The only time the dates changed was when I made changes to original plans. Barenz gave suggestons as to where to go to pick out lighting, granite, cabinets, etc but did not appose if I went elsewhere. An allowance was given on items. If I found something I liked at a cheaper price they would credit my account. I found and ordered my sink on line much cheaper than what they quoated me.
