We placed an order with Heather in early May (everything in this order was in stock)... it is now the end of July and we can't even get answers on when our order will be ready for pick-up. We have sent multiple emails and called many times over the past 2 weeks with no help or answers. Heather has not answered a single phone call (I've left multiple voicemails) and the owner, Olivia, does nothing to correct the awful service OR help us locate the order.
