Taylor was quick and responsive and let us in on his progress throughout the duration of the project. His level of professionalism matched his level of detail and amazing skill. > We purchased custom bookshelves from Taylor Donsker about a year ago, and we couldn't be happier.  He provided lots of options and honest advice during the design phase and kept in touch about the timeline during the production. We chose to assemble the shelves to cut down on shipping cost, it was a little bit of a challenge, but it turned out fine and it's nice to know how they work. We have A LOT of books and have these shelves really loaded down, I was a bit worried that the shelves would bow or slide down the wire suspension system, but so far they've held up just fine. Highly recommended.

> I ordered a large custom dining table from Taylor for a client.  As a designer, I tend to like to control all the design details and require status reports during each step, and Taylor just rolled with it.  Since we were across the country from one another, I was concerned I couldn't see it in person until it was complete.  Taylor sent photos and videos at each interval to show me all the progress and detailing.  He was very easy to work with, kept his deadlines and most importantly, delivered to us one of the most amazing tables I've ever seen.  My clients love that they have a "story" to tell when guests come to dinner (our slab had an interesting history) and get compliments all the time. Happy client + Happy Designer = repeat customer.  I will be ordering from Taylor Donsker Design again.
