Ms. Munoz also refused to provide me the receipts for everything, especially the laminate flooring that she had installed throughout my home. I will be unable to take advantage of the warranty if need be. In a 5/11/2013 email Ms. Munoz wrote "You have asked me for copies of my receipts when there is really no reason for this...no business on earth does this?" The new interior designer I hired provides me with all receipts. I wonder how much the flooring really cost per square foot since the price per square foot was only available on her own invoice she provided me?
