If you look at the before and after pics the transformation is astounding. They are busy, especially in the summer, however one of them was personally at our house nearly every day until the project was complete. We had a firm deadline with a wedding coming up and they hit it despite running into some complex and unexpected curveballs related to drainage/topography, not to mention NE Ohio weather. To achieve this, we separated the grading and drive work from our excellent builder and turned this responsibility to Pat to best integrate our plan, get quotes, select contractors and supervise the work.. It was late in summer approaching fall when the burst of color and natural materials arrived to compliment our house and its setting. Pat worked closely on site with each contractor and personally adjusted bed design and plant placement. Beginning with a stamped concrete rear patio and stone walls; a similar style front entry and steps; beds, trees, plants and finally finishing with the lawn.
