The fist was a kitchen, family room and half bath in 2001. The design ques initiated by Bob and carried out by his team were timeless and enabled us to sell the home in just over a week in 2015. The second home was the house my parents had built in the late 70s, and included combining the kitchen and dining room with a new layout for all the appliances, relocating and removing walls, new flooring on the entire fist floor, major reworking in electrical and plumbing, new construction windows and doors and completely residing the entire house. It was a very aggressive timeline to complete, as we wanted to move in with ample time to acclimate before school started for our kids. Everything was completed in time and any issues that arose were dealt with promptly. **★ — Scott Hafer, March 2018** > I would not recommend this company to any family, friends or acquaintances. Project ran over by more than a month. Very unreliable and unorganized which lead to many mistake (some major). We often found ourselves needing to be available to let subs in and direct them to the work to be done as the “project manager” was often late or did not show at all because they were busy at other jobs. Installation of bathroom exhaust not to code. Had to hire someone else to repair. They ended up not finishing the job after damaging cabinets and a brand new refrigerator. Is the color something similar to Sherwin William Antique White? A: These cabinets are a custom color. We used the client's china and had the paint tinted to match a plate. Benjamin Moore is the brand we use. **Q: I love the vanity. Where is it from?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: Thank you! It is a custom designed vanity for the space. **Q: Hardware Matching Delta Champagne Bronze** *(in Design Dilemma)* I'm redoing my kitchen and recently purchased a Delta faucet in Champagne Bronze. I'm looking for hardware to match. The attached photo shows it's not gold and it's not shiny so it's been a little tricky finding matching cabinet pulls and handles. Can anyone in the Houzz community recommend a brand of hardware in a modern style (i.e. European pull handles) that's a close match? Your input is so greatly appreciated! A: This is a very specific look for an art deco/ modern design, but it would look fine with the champagne bronze, and much more affordable than Circa which was the inspiration. **Q: Walls** *(in Photo Questions)* What is the shade of blue wall color?
