> Be very careful with Howard Custom Builders.  They have a bad habit and are known by the industry to not paying their bills.  They have built several larger homes and due to money issues, He doesn't resolve problems once you move in.  And because he doesn't pay his sub's on time they either place or threaten to place liens on the new homes.  Not what you want to deal with when you are building a house.  Find a better builder.  If he disagrees ask him for the contacts of the 4 homes he built in Willow Ridge for references.

**Q: What stove is Joanna Gaines using in new show Magnolia Table?** *(in Appliances)*

There is a cast iron stove with bronze accents featured in the new show.  Does anyone know what brand stove it is?

A: Thanks again. It looks similar to Special Walnut and Provential  th at we’ve used many times.

**Q: Bradford hall tudor brick- was this an off run? a follow up prev Quest** *(in Photo Questions)*

I was looking at having this brick  shipped up from North carolina to Indiana.  
In the sample it looks much whiter.  I saw your comment  where you had to touch it up.  I didn't know if this was an off run and general shale has since changed their brick.

A: Sorry, I've been so busy, overlooked your last question. Probably too late but, the homeowner was very specific in the beginning about the brick and mortar being very white and General Shale manager said not to worry, it would be exactly what he wanted. When we began laying brick with the white beach sand shipped in, there was variance in the brick colors as well as the mortar between bags. General Shale again said not to worry, they would make sure he was happy with it. At the end of 38,000 brick, they brought in a staining crew from Virginia for 3 days. Those guys literally touched up every brick and every mortar joint to make it consistent. It was incredible to watch their artistry. 
One pointer, keep straw or sand around all ground perimeters to keep off mud stains. You can see at the street where we experienced torrential rains that season with mud running the streets, where the brick was stained after the crew left. 
That brick does make a beautiful job.

A: I would love to hear about cost to build this home in different areas of the country. Curious if it's being built with similar finishes. It's one of Gardner's best out-of-the-box plans.

A: The mirror is a generic plate mirror with 2 1/2" bevel glass trim attached. Comes from any glass shop.

**Q: Looks like there is an extra wide double oven.  What brand and model i** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: That's a 30" JennAire Pro Series double Convection ovens and a 36" Pro Series gas cooktop. I've used their Pro Series in dozens of homes since the Pro Series came out. I've never had any complaints at all from homeowners. Great product with a somewhat limited budget
