The work consisted of repainting,stair banister design and replacement, and removal of carpet with replacement of hardwoods. We were extremely pleased with the final results. Along the way, we "thought" we wanted things done a certain way, however, Mike would provide us advice on how our decisions might affect resale, and general pointers (lighting design & hardwood floor stain, for instance) to consider, which all contributed to an extremely well-finished product. He assembled his teams to complete the work on schedule and on budget - no delays, no uncomfortable "conversations". There are so many details that are present in the home from architectural to hardware choices that truly make it unique and special. This year we needed to make some changes to the use of our home which required us to build out the attic space. It looked very complicated and I wasn't quite sure how to make it happen. I called Mike who came by with an Architect and looked at the space. After several meetings and an estimate we started the project and everything went exactly as planned.
