She started her career working in an architecture firm and then attended the Art Institute of San Diego to pursue her degree in Interior Design. She started her own interior design firm 6 years ago and hasn't looked back since. Karyn has been in the design world for over 13 years, and has an extensive background in the furniture industry. She has operated two design firms with large showrooms and also owned and operated Soiree Events in Truckee, CA. Designing event décor and layout for Best of Tahoe Chefs from 2008-2011 and local events from baby showers to weddings.
