> Peter Norris did a wonderful job designing our new front yard and the installation went well, though behind schedule. The entire front yard was totally redesigned, a wall and river bed put in along with a beautiful new walkway, lawn and night lighting. The dissatisfaction comes from follow-up and customer care. When we signed the contract with Peter, he told us he was going to rebuild the steps to our deck, as he felt they distracted from the overall beauty. He also told us he was going to trim and shape up an existing maple tree. When the yard installation was complete, Peter went back on his word and rather than rebuilding the steps he simply had one of his workers paint them. The tree was never trimmed.
> Also, after four months we had concerns about some Cyprus trees which were turning brown, some boxwoods that had died and one of the coral bark maple trees that appeared diseased. We had to contact Peter several times before he sent anyone out to look at the dead bushes, which were eventually replaced. Nothing was done about the Cyprus trees; Peter said it was just from the replanting and would eventually grow out. The brown spots were not even cut out. We are still waiting for the coral bark maple tree to be replaced. Peter has told us repeatedly that it would be installed no later than a certain date (three different times), but to this date it still has not been done.
>   (2015)   Peter & co have been more attentive lately to the follow-up of our yard. Some of the lavender has died and is being replaced, the coral maple was replaced as were the Cyprus trees. I feel that Peter has done a much better job since my review in keeping us up to date on things.

Now we can fully appreciate the stunning city view from our deck, now fully landscaped, which features a modern rectangular stone koi pond with wall fountain as our focal point.. our asian inspired garden also includes many Japanese maples and container plantings with exotic plants & succulents, a full irrigation system to keep the plants shrubs and trees alive + maintenance-free year-round. A: You can look for Granite Orbs in your area at a Landscape supply/Specialty rock supplier. Some place that specializes in hardscape products. These orbs originated out of China.
