New electrical, plumbing, roof, basically the entire main floor was taken down to the studs and rebuilt. This was a bank funded project through our mortgage to add an extra layer of complexity. I am an licensed architect and do a lot of work with commercial contractors so I’ve seen my fair share of the great and not so great ones. Ken with Pemberly Properties is a notch above the great ones. He was a fantastic communicator and treated our project like it was his own, brining his wealth of experience to make our house design that much better. My wife and I were very hands on and visited the job site weekly. Each interaction with his subcontractors was easy going and they all did great work. We had to deal with a lot of delays due to permitting and remodeling our house during a pandemic and supply chain issues.
