This was a spec home that we were able to make a few modifications to prior to closing. Josh, Julie, and Scott helped to create a seamless process. Josh is committed to using the highest quality products and treating his customers right. We are looking forward to our lawn being installed so we can finally feel 100% at home. **Comment from Bremer Homes, LLC:** > Thank you so much for the kind review Lucas! We are thrilled that you were the ones to purchase and make new memories in the Spec home recently completed (and have the chance to make a few final selections). It has been a pleasure working with you both and we wish you many blessings in your new home! **★ — HU-172068786, Feb. 2019** > I met with Josh to go over some bathroom renovations. He told me he would get a quote to me a week ago. I have not received a quote and he has not returned phone calls or text messages. An explanation for not submitting a quote would have been appreciated. I would not recommend him for renovations. He has been unprofessional and inconsiderate. His communication skills are poor. **★★★★★ — Larry Pensinger, June 2016** > Bremer Homes attention to detail is outstanding. We are very picky, and we were pleased to find Bremer demanded excellence from their workers. There was a lot of opportunity for us to provide input, but they also had some really great ideas that we hadn't considered. We couldn't be happier with the end result. They're honest and fair, and I highly recommend Bremer Homes. **★★★★★ — Charity Middleton, Sept. 2015** > Josh and Bremer Homes really took the time to get to know my husband and I throughout the home building process. What we liked most was the quality of work and the superb communication from the initial planning meeting all the way until our beautiful lake home was completed. Bremer Homes is first class all the way! **★★★★★ — intouch\_salonspa, Sept. 2015** > We would HIGHLY recommend Bremer Homes, LLC! The team is incredibly professional, very creative and personal. They take the time to get to know you and your wishes and they do their very best to create and deliver exactly what you were envisioning. We have nothing but praises for Bremer Homes. Their work is outstanding! **Comment from Bremer Homes, LLC:** > Thanks for taking the time to submit this outstanding review Kami! We are so glad you chose Bremer Homes for your project, loved working with you and look forward to working together on more in the future! Saving pictures to your Houzz Idea Book would be a great way to share with us your vision and ideas in the future. Thanks again!!! **★★★★★ — jschaaf54, Aug. 2015** > We selected Bremer Homes to build our new home because of their ability to guide, help select and assist us with our floor plan and selections such as colors, flooring, textures, trim etc. The knowledge of the people that did our decorating, cabinets, trim work, plumbing and electrical were very 'up' on the newest techniques and choices we needed to make. We have been in our home for almost 5 years now and we still are very happy and pleased with all the selections we made. Bremer Homes amazes me with the new homes they have built, as they continue to strive to be one of the best builders in our area. If we were ever to build again, we would choose Bremer Homes - without a second thought! Kudos to Josh and his crew. **Comment from Bremer Homes, LLC:** > Thanks SO much for the great review Joyce! It is always so fun to catch up with you and hear about life and your family. I loved the tour of your beautiful property last month. Maybe in the spring if your barn is done we can come out and see it! Thanks again for your continued support and we hope you and your family have a blessed holiday season! **★★★★★ — jasonlabounty, Aug. 2015** > Bremer Homes built us a beautiful custom home and we were very pleased with the entire process. Josh was very informative and talked us through every step of the way. His attitude and willingness to be available at any time to answer questions was exactly what we as first timers needed. We are very happy with our home and especially enjoy our layout of our home, including our custom kitchen, crown molding, great room with a 2 way fireplace into our hearth room, and the many other custom features we have in our home. We highly recommend Bremer Homes and thoroughly enjoyed working with Josh and would not hesitate to use Bremer Homes again. **★★★★★ — p5918m, June 2014** > Fine Quality work. Pleasant to work with and communicates well. Expensive. You get what you pay for.
