Constantly forgetting and miscommunication very important details of the home building process. They take no responsibility for their miscommunication and you will pay for it! **★ — a oye, Dec. 2022** > Newmark homes are beautiful and of high quality. My issue for the past one year has been warranty repairs. I still have tickets opened for a year and others for 2 months that still need to be completed or scheduled to be addressed. These tickets have been worked on by 2 warranty representatives over the past year and handed over from Lamont to Trevor and back to Lamont; till date, some of these tasks have not been completed. I've submitted multiple warranty requests in the last year for the same issue, and I've had to follow up with the warranty representative for updates and no-shows from their repair techs; sometimes I get a response and the task is rescheduled, and sometimes I don't. > Outstanding Tickets for 1 year > -Hole in the front door from door adjustments(incompleted) > -Structural defect front entrance brick and foyer holes around the high ceiling(No response/no reschedule) **★★★★★ — Jose Almodovar, Sept. 2022** > Newmark is a great builder that has a proven track record for quality and value!
