My husband had sketched his vision and Paul brought it to life with some of his much needed professional experience. From the very beginning, Paul made every step easy. You pay a premium with a design build firm, but you get what you pay for (excellence). The entire two year process was met with communication, professionalism and excellent work. Dianne manages the office and is very organized. She is on top of things also making it clear and easy to understand the process. The general contractor overseeing our home project was Tony (Sensitive Information Hidden) and enough good can’t be said about how easy and reliable Tony and his subs were throughout. Our family moved in about a year in and everyone worked around two young toddlers, dogs, visitors, crazy work schedules, nap schedules, etc. It should also be noted that my husband is as detailed oriented as they come and has a love for technology. Paul, Tony and crew did not bat an eye at the visionaries thoughts and ideas (and sometimes critiques). > > We found that the check ins were very helpful and the estimated timeline they provided helped guide us along. However, Tony is the king of pivoting, just lining up another crew to stay on pace. There were some unexpected costs, they worked with us to stay within budget and make some changes where we could.
