> The worst tile company around. I had 2 showers in a new home done with MSI tile and when they started grouting the finish started coming off. MSI would not even send anyone to look at the defective tile and refused to pay for it.

> I would give zero stars if possible. Please do yourself a favor and avoid MSI tile at all cost. I spent a small fortune on 3,500 sq ft 24x48 glazed porcelain dolomite tile. It was total garbage. It was defective from factory and MSI was no help at all resolving the issue. I had many tile installers refuse to install it when I told them it was MSI. Complete garbage, bowed to the max and defective imprints from factory. MSI should be ashamed they are putting out such garbage and not standing behind their products.

> We started our full house remodel last year about this time. When we were shopping for flooring, our contractor recommended a local flooring store. We have two dogs, so when we were shopping around specifically asked about dogs and floors. MSI was recommended to us because of it's durability when it comes to pets. We did a little research and saw on the MSI page a video bragging about how "pet-friendly" it is WITH a video of a dog running on the floors...getting drug along on the floors. The store manager said MSI was very durable and what they recommend for owners with pets.
> Pretty much immediately our floors started showing signs of marks....not only from pets, but from moving bar stools and chairs with pads on the bottoms. Everything was marking or scratching the floors. We contacted MSI and their rep Will Waltrip came to inspect the floors. A few weeks later, we got his report. In it, he told us that the dogs were scratching it and blamed it all on the dogs. When we emailed him or tried to call him back, he didn't respond. My question was about the dogs specifically....why advertise that dogs are fine on the floor, even put a dog playing on the website if that isn't true. We got an independent inspector to come out from MSI after going round and round with MSI and our distributor. The independent concluded the same thing.....the dogs are responsible. Tried to contact MSI, they said contact the distributor....a big circle of everyone pointing fingers and not wanting to help out. Long story long,....do not buy this product. Doesn't do what they advertise on the homepage of their website, they won't do anything to help out, they won't stand by their products, and just basically say....sorry we misled you, what are you gonna do?

> Don’t buy Beton Grey porcelain pavers!! Horrible quality and no meaningful response from them after several attempts were made. We purchased two batches one in last November and one this March (over 80% with chipped corners or edges) They came with the same horrible quality! Hard to believe they are going to keep selling these to customers. Horrible!

**Comment from MSI:**

> We chose the Cyrus MSI product for the flooring in our main area. We are replacing laminate wood on the floors and stairs. When the flooring was complete and the contractor went to start on the stairs, it was discovered that the stair nose did not match the flooring. It has a pink hue to it and is not the same texture or mat finish. We tried the square nose which also does not match with an odd pink hue to it. We tried the stair tread which is WAY off with a yellow hue. Absolutely insane that these products don't match. Now we are stuck and really not sure what to do or how to proceed! Would not recommend MSI to anyone.

> Do NOT buy their tile!
> We remodeled our master bathroom, which included a walk-in shower with MSI tiles. Within a few days of use, the bullnose edges of the tile started peeling off! The tile was not correctly finished or kiln-fired by MSI! It looks like someone took paint and painted a line on the edges of the tile. That’s it! The quality is terrible! Our contractor emailed, called, & sent pics at least a dozen times. And NO ONE is doing anything about this from MSI!!!
> Terrible customer service!!!!
> I regret selecting any MSI products. And I’m thankful that all the other tiles we used on this remodel were NOT made by MSI!
> I’m including pics of the shower and the peeling tiles

> Do NOT buy MSI products. They do not stand behind their products. We bought over $8000 in polished porcelain floor tile. Tile was inspected prior to installation, however, once installed we noticed an ugly haze on the tile at certain times of the day. After months of going back and forth with MSI, they said it was optical illusion hazing and that there was nothing they would do to correct. From researching, this is due to bad manufacturing procedures. DO NOT PURCHASE.

> Last week we visited their showroom in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. There was a nice area for my husband to sit while I looked at their granite selection in the warehouse.
>
> Our sales person, Keli, was very helpful in figuring out which colors and patterns I liked. She had a good grasp of their current inventory and showed me several pieces which were all beautiful and we found a perfect slab. We needed two slabs and the warehouse staff used an overhead crane to move the first slab out of the way so the second slab could be seen.
>
> I will be recommending them to my friends.

> I have been an MSI customer for a couple of home renovation projects over the last couple of years, that required interior and exterior stone ledger. I can't say enough good things about this company. First, I love their products; they have such a wide variety of stone choices. All are so beautiful, it actually was a challenge picking amongst so many. But, thanks to the diversity of choice, we were able find a great interior stone (Philadelphia) and narrow down a stone choice (Amber Falls) that was perfect for our exterior home facade, and would match the slightly off-color of our Florida barrel roof tile. I have also found the quality of their stone to be top notch, with solid assembly, consistency across pieces, and great packaging, and diligent bundling/shipping. Second, the MSI showroom in Deerfield Beach is fantastic, and the displays do their beautiful stone justice. Third, and most important... phenomenal customer service. I have been working over the years with David Harris and Jonathan Schettini who have consistently gone above and beyond to assist me. There was not a problem or issue they could not resolve or help me find a solution with. From finding the stone I needed, or the corner pieces, or finding a matching lot if I needed more, these guys are relentless and get it done. I'm just a homeowner and even though they're not technically a retail center, they treat you like you're the biggest or most important client. This is the place to go for all of your stone needs and if you want the most dedicated and knowledgeable staff to assist you. Will post pics when projects are finally done! (that part's on me lol)

> I placed an order for quartz countertop $4300 through Home Depot. Countertop was installed on 9/20. A few days later I noticed that they installed Belenco quartz countertop. I purchased MSI Stonemark quartz and color was Calacatta Vicenza with Matte Finish. Instead I got Belenco quartz and color was 6114 Belluno. There’s also website markings all over my countertop. Home Depot said the reason it was a different product was because the name changes between companies due to naming rights. I contact MSI and the representative that I spoke with was very helpful and informative. Im still waiting for MSI response to my countertop purchase. The sample given looks nothing like the quartz installed. Countertop scratches easily and found several white spots.

## Community Q&A

**Q: Where is Frost White Manufactured?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Where is this color made?

A: Hi, Frost White is manufactured in China or India.

**Q: Where is "Glacier White" manufactured?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Hi Robert,

Thank you for your inquiry. Glacier White is from Turkey.

**Q: what is the name of the countertop?** *(in Photo Questions)*

is this quartz?

A: Hi there, it is Arabescato Carrara Marble. We do have Marble look quartz also.

**Q: Can this tile be used as a counter top?** *(in Photo Questions)*

I bought it for my backsplash. Was wondering if I bought another color and did the countertop if that would work. It says heat resistant so it could withstand pots on top or no?

A: HI Susan, we wouldn't recommend it for countertop application because it would be an uneven surface. The tile is 3D so it is not a flat surface. Thanks

**Q: floor information** *(in Photo Questions)*

What are these floors?

A: Hi Fsal, this image unfortunately does not feature MSI flooring. However, we have porcelain tile wood look flooring. MSI Palmetto Porcelain Tiles - Walnut. They look very similar to these.

**Q: Ceiling Color?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Do you have the paint color that was used on the ceiling? Thank you!

A: Hi Victoria! No, unfortunately, we don't have the name of the paint color.
