> Elegant floors and more specifically Darin Grimes is a professional floor installer and in our case re-finishers.s, They follow industry standards to the letter in all aspects of their work. This is a highly flexible and customer focused business that does everything to meet or exceed the customers expectations. Our floors look better today after being refinished than when they were initially installed pre-finished brand new floor. They came in on time and exactly to the penny vs. budget presented on the front end. Helped in the decision to seal the crawl space and install a commercial grade dehumidifier to prevent any future floor cupping or splitting. That advice was most appreciated and one only a true professional would get involved with in discussing with the client. Darin is not only a business partner but also now a new friend!

> Darrin is incredibly knowledgeable. We were prepared to hire another company, but after meeting with him, it was obvious that he knows his business, and truly strives for perfection. His work is neat and clean during and after he is done. Our job has been done for over a year, and it looks as good as the day he finished. Additionally, we had some damage to our finish, and Elegant Floors were able to fix it in visibly!! They may not be the "cheapest", but there's a lot of value in quality. You'd be making a mistake to hire any other company. !!!!
