> I purchased a 1948 ranch style home in a beautiful location that needed everything. Leon was a blessing. He was easy to plan with; his workers were courteous and caring; everyone worked diligently to get the job done in a timely manner. Parts of the house were completed so that we could move in while the remainder of the house was started and finished. The crew had self-imposed high standards of workmanship. Work included everything from gutting the kitchen to repairing/replacing beams to simple freshening fixes to areas we could not afford to gut. In the end, we feel we have a new house: every surface is fresh and beautiful and all systems are updated and efficient. If I were building a new house or renovating a rental, I would call Leon again and again.
