We started planning and dreaming about our lake home project decades ago, and we developed A LOT of high expectations. If you’re going to dream, dream big, right? Nothing like touring Artisan and Dream Homes to raise the bar!! And yet we faced very real budget constraints. We had a plan, but not a builder. A friend of ours discovered Dingman Custom Homes and suggested we check them out. We waited and explored options because, dang, building is expensive and costs have risen. They built with Dingman and shared with us their building experience. Importantly, they shared their final result and their satisfaction with us. Fast forward a bit, and we are living in our very own dream home that Dingman Custom Homes brought to life for us. We could not be happier with the quality of the home and the value of the project! Our lot and our plan brought complications and challenges. Team Dingman coached us to “TRUST THE PROCESS”. I’ll admit it: I’m a bit of a control freak, and I was in way over my head. And I am so glad that we chose Dingman as our custom home builder to walk us through the process. Dingman has the best team! Kyle consistently brought us resourceful solutions and alternatives to produce quality results. He brought suggestions for inclusions we had not considered, and helped us to not choose expensive options that weren’t necessary or worth it. The mutual respect between the Dingman team and their trade partners was apparent. We quickly learned those relationships brought quality and value to our build.
