A: The ceiling is larch. Unfortunately, I don't know the paint colours as the client chose them directly with the painter who is no longer in the area.

**Q: Exposed Aggragete** *(in Photo Questions)*

I am an architect in CA. and who love to know what colored concrete you used as the base and what the aggregate mix is. could you tell me what the aggregate is ? You did such a great job , would like to use this for a job I am working on .  Thank you

A: It was a two bag charcoal pigment mix for both the smooth and
exposed aggregate. The exposed agg looks lighter because of the colour of the
pebbles in the concrete being exposed.

**Q: Could you scale house down to 2000 heated/cooled sq ft? 3BR 2.5 BA?** *(in Photo Questions)*

We have a sloped lake lot. The bottom story would be a walk out basement. We want 2 bedrooms and two baths and a small sitting area and storm room/storage room on walkout basement floor. The top floor layout just like the one you designed but smaller. Can you do this?

A: This is not brick veneer - it is solid rock. "Rundle Rock" from a quarry near Banff Alberta, Canada.
