The issue is service after the sale. I contacted Maria on October 19, 2022 due to our unit not staying lit. The unit was still under the two-year warranty until November 5, 2022 and Maria assured me that the work would be completed and covered by the warranty. Over the next two months I repeatedly called and emailed both Maria and Chuck and was told I was a "PRIORITY" customer, and they would put me on the schedule "Next Week". I have been given the excuse that they have health issues that do not allow them to service customers. I can understand this impacting the business for a couple of weeks, but nearly three months? Maria informed me that they did not want to send out a technician that was not certified to work on a Regency. How about hire and send someone to school? Well, it has been 11 WEEKS and at no time have they reached out to me to schedule a service call. > As bad as I hate to give a business, especially a small family business, a bad review.
