**Q: "need to match new composite decking to discontinued trex decking"** *(in Design Dilemma)*

We are working on a clients deck, the original decking was a trex product that we were able match with some slight deviations thru out  the past decade. Our current project involved demolition of that trex decking. Come to find out trex discontinued those products, and now we are stuck trying to find something that matches.

**Q: Pillar in the middle of kitchen** *(in Design Dilemma)*

We are building a new kitchen but have a pillar that we need to work around. Square shaped open plan kitchen. Pillar is in the middle of the open plan area leading onto the dining room area. Any ideas?

A: I used a pocket door system by KV and it worked out well. I still think there may be better choices for a flip up and retract door.
