## Community Q&A

**Q: looking for suggestion** *(in Photo Questions)*

Hi,

Thank you for giving me ideas it is really of great help as we are renovating our house.  However, due to the small size of our lot we are really running out of ideas on how to maximize spaces.  We are planning to build a 3-storey house with roof deck.  The 1st floor will be for the garage with laundry area and dining and kitchen areas with comfort room,. Second floor would be the master's bedroom with bathroom and living room, and the 3rd floor would be 2 bedrooms for the children with common bathroom.  Can you give me an idea on how to design the 1st floor.  Thank you for your time and any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

A: This colour is called McClendons Pass by ICI Dulux.  It looks more gray than pink.
