He installed a water heater late on a Friday to be sure I had hot water for the weekend and did not charge me when I ordered the wrong size and he had to pick up another one on his way (and return the first one he paid to be delivered so he could start the job sooner). When my old kitchen faucet needed to be replaced, he gave me great info on what to select/not select at the store so I got the exact style I wanted with the quality a professional would choose. He also replaced a toilet with one he selected and delivered himself. It is a highly rated toilet yet his price was very reasonable. (It is the best functioning one in the house). He also had the attention to detail to ask for my preference on color of the caulk. He is always clean, friendly and I am always comfortable with him in my home.
