Pierre was very professional and courteous, provided a complete and transparent contract, and had excellent communication throughout the build which took about 6 months. The materials used in the ADU are good quality and matched our budget, and the construction is excellent. Pierre's core team are very hard working, polite and respectful since we were living in the front house during the whole build. They even provided their expertise to assist us with a few additional items. The craftsmanship is excellent from both Pierre's team and all the subcontractors that he engaged. We are extremely happy with how it turned out, and it impresses everyone who comes and sees it. Pierre and his crew reconstructed our hillside after a mudslide. This entailed caissons, walls, working with engineers, etc. After the reconstruction, we were so pleased with his work that we retained him to begin the beautification of the property. He built a deck, terrace, outdoor fireplace, created an improved pool deck, installed irrigation. lighting and a sound system etc. over the next 1 1/2 year period. One of our favorite parts of the project is a retaining wall that he built out of our removed driveway concrete. Pierre came up with this creative solution to keep the cost of hauling away the concrete to a minimum. At all times he was respectful of our privacy, the noise of equipment, our dog's safety, etc. He still has many of the same crew who worked on our project years ago so he does a good job of retaining his employees and they were all terrific. We still use Pierre for projects. He is very responsive and understanding when we have a party and need something fixed or worked on at the last minute. He has a good eye for home improvements and landscaping.
