The first two weeks they destroyed my backyard by continually running their machines over a very wet and saturated lawn. Took three months for them to finally fix it. This week, I put in an invisible fence with a few of those flags used for training dogs. They refused to cut my grass, weed whack... they did nothing. I was charged for the service, and they will not refund me, stating it's their policy which is ridiculous.
