> Great design but horrible service. Lewis Aquatech - designed and build our pool about 4 years ago. They did a nice job with the design and build of our pool and backyard but their service has been horrible. They warranty their work for 2 years and it has been 3 years and they have still not taken care of issues covered under the warranty. I used to get responses initially saying they will schedule soon and now no one bothers to even respond. If you chose to do business with them ensure either penalty clauses are in the contract or hold back final payment until the end of the warranty term if you expect them to adhere to their warranty commitment.

> I really wanted to give this company a great review.  They have great design people and talented meticulous employees.  Unfortunately two years after the construction was completed a crack developed in our pool losing significant water daily.  I have reported this to Lewis Aquatech owners and have been told numerous times it would be fixed but they can’t set an appointment because it has to be fit in between other jobs.  Nothing has been done and we’re going into our third summer with a leaking pool and crack getting worse.  I will report back as this develops and hopefully can give a good report and a better rating. Very frustrating and worrisome.

As of now the repair is working, but I’m still anxious to see how it holds up over the winter with freezing.  They did a nice job, I just wish it hadn’t taken so long .  Because they finally stood behind their work I would definitely raise this review up to 3 stars and if it holds up 4 stars.

> Lewis Aquatech designed and built out our backyard hard/landscape.  It was a challenging project due to the property limitations (boundaries, slope, etc), working with our homebuilder and the fact that they had to deliver before closing.  Their design process is unparalleled, especially with their computer graphic design tool.  The rendition that we designed together was literally the same as the final result.  I initially looked into 7 contractors, narrowed it down to 3 and it came down to 2 designs.  Throughout this proces and talking with other pool owners, the consensus is you get what you pay for.  Lewis Aquatech is not the cheapest but their design ability, build quality and great customer service makes them by far the best value for the quality.
