We are so thankful we chose HOD as our builder over 3 years ago. HOD has a process that takes you through every step without missing any details. We had developed our own house plans and HOD had a draftsman that improved those plans and turned them into a finished blue print. HOD assists in all aspects of the construction phases from permits, accounting, inspections, design, designers, cleaners and final check out / punch list. We found the design team extremely helpful when choosing flooring, tile, carpet, fixtures cabinets appliances etc. They have outstanding relationships with local suppliers where we received top service in our home design and selection. One of the most impressive and important benefits HOD provides is the quality and experience of the subcontractors. HOD has long standing relationships with the subcontractors and they are very experienced and know the quality work that HOD expects. The home is well constructed from poured foundation walls, engineered trusses, solid framing and well insulated and sealed. We were able to make some changes during construction and HOD helped us find ways to make improvements and still meet budget.
