> In short, the experience was as advertised.  We were both very intrigued by the process that was described in the literature and discussed in our first meeting with Tracy.  The resulting process and experience followed suit.

> The product, design and construction, is great and we already love living here.  What we really appreciated was the process and execution by the StoneCrest team.  They work hard to communicate clearly, honestly, and early.  They were quick to respond and readily available to answer our questions along the way.  They really respect the fact that this house is a big deal to us and clearly worked hard to make it match our vision and our budget.  They incorporated the specific features we wanted in a house and filled in the gaps with great design ideas to really pull the whole project together.  The Design Studio was a great tool for helping us visualize our design selections.  The team did a great job of matching up design options that fit into our budget.

> We hired StoneCrest Builders to help us design, and then build, our house.

> We started with a rough, conceptual idea, and Steve worked with us for several months, converting those ideas into a workable floorplan.  Working with Steve was enjoyable, as he quickly grasped what we wanted, and then applied his experience as we went through half a dozen iterations of drawings and modifications before we finally settled on the design.

> StoneCrest has an in-house Design Studio that worked with us on selections of flooring, cabinetry, countertops and every other detail to finish the home.  This was another intensive set of decision-making, and the design consultants were sympathetic to our needs and helped us arrive at a terrific design.

> StoneCrest hires quality subcontractors to perform the construction work.  Sometimes the schedule slowed down as we waited for the right sub to be ready to do our project, but the overall project stayed on schedule.

> We were in close communication with StoneCrest throughout the project, and they were careful to inform us of anything unexpected and how it would affect the schedule and budget.

> We were told by another customer that this builder really wants us to be happy with the project, and we saw them bend over backwards to make sure that we were.

> StoneCrest is not the cheapest builder in our area, but they are focused on doing quality work and building a home that they can be proud of, and the customer can be happy with.  Their estimates of schedule and budget were accurate.  We have a house that we are proud to show off to o urfriends, and they are uniformly impressed.
