### Reviews

**★★★★★ — Lou DiFronzo, May 2022**

> Pam is outstanding. Her eye for detail and color is terrific, and she is incredibly pleasant and reasonably priced. We found her to be very reliable and a great asset in the sale of our condominium.

**Comment from Pam Tiberia:**

> Thank you Lou! It was a pleasure to help your family!

**★★★★★ — ziggy2735, July 2021**

> We had Spruce Interiors stage our home for sale this year. We had an empty house, and it was transformed with her paint scheme recommendations, color corrections throughout the house with lighting, and of course with the staging with furniture and art that was brought into the home. The cost was reasonable and we firmly believe we received multiple offers well over asking price due to the house being refreshed and decorated stunningly.

**★★★★★ — Rob Thompson, Oct. 2020**

> Our real estate agent recommended Spruce Interiors to us to give us advice on getting our house ready for sale. Pam is professional, talented and personable. She is able to offer suggestions for every budget and knows what changes were worth the investment and would make the most impact. She dissuaded us from the very expensive option of replacing our cabinets to give our kitchen an updated look and instead offered other ways to achieve the same goal at a lower cost. Pam can also recommend reputable vendors who go the extra mile as they know Pam will have many future customers for them if their work is good. Most importantly Pam knows what is important to potential buyers! We highly recommend Pam!

**★★★★★ — Candy OToole, March 2020**

> Absolutely love working with Pam. I had always, wrongly, thought an interior designer was for staging or for folks with new projects and a lot of money. I was so wrong. Pam is incredibly reasonable. She helped me pick out paint colors, lighting fixtures. kitchen countertops and tile. Rug colors and counter barstools and some furniture. She also helped with suggestions regarding where to put our furniture. Thinking outside the box of where we become so accustomed to putting things.
> Her sense of color , space and light are what makes her so incredible insightful.
> Even if you think you have a good which is "too small " for an interior designer think again and hire Pam. You will not be disappointed. A breath of fresh air!

**★★★★★ — Ruth Gray, March 2020**

> Pam staged our house prior to going on the market. I wrote down every suggestion she made and did it all. This first layer of change made a big difference. It felt like I emptied out half of my house, but i could see the significant improvement. Then, I contacted her for the "deeper dive". I didn't fully share her vision, but I trusted her and I followed through on another 6 to 8 pages of notes. Wow! Giant improvement. My house went from a very traditional, specific style to a much more neutral, fresher, trending look---at a very low expenditure. Her fee was extremely reasonable and fair and so worth it. I highly recommend Pam!

**Comment from Pam Tiberia:**

> Thank you, Ruth! You did all the hard work. I am so pleased for you!

**★★★★★ — Debbie Forte, Dec. 2019**

> Pam is amazing true professional understands and is passionate about her business. I hired her to pick out colors for my house. We did this in less then 20 mins my house is amazing. She truly has a gift. I also took her staging class and learned so much which I will use in my Real Estate Business.

**Comment from Pam Tiberia:**

> Thank you, Debbie! It was so great to meet you!

**★★★★★ — HU-285429534, July 2019**

> Very professional, friendly and prompt which are the three most important qualities needed by a client in my opinion.
> Accommodating was an added quality that
> Pam and her team demonstrated during scheduling the work.

**★★★★★ — Lisa lmartin14@comcast.net, Jan. 2019**

> I have greatly enjoyed working with Pam. She helped me through remodeling and staging my house - which sold the first day of showing! She has coached me through my new home construction. Her best quality is truly understand my tastes and quirks, and she has thoughtfully helped me turn my visions into their best possible outcome!

**★★★★★ — Marielle Kaifer, Dec. 2018**

> Pam is a delight. Easy to work with, flexible and full of ideas, she can work with you to design or help define your living space. Whether starting from scratch or reworking an interior look, she does a fantastic job.

**★★★★★ — Lorri Badolato, Aug. 2017**

> We worked with Pam to stage our home for sale. She instantly got our style, and made great suggestions to address extra space that we were not using well. She was professional, definitive, and has a wonderful style. We enjoyed her so much, that we are going to use her to help us during the process of building our new home to pick finishes and colors to pull the project together. Check out her "musings" section of her website - a joy to read!

**★★★★★ — Bonnie Weeks, May 2017**

> Pam efficiently, professionally and creatively advised us on "staging" our home before putting it on the market. We followed her suggestions, using what we had, and our house, which sold in less than a week, never looked better! We look forward to working with Pam again as we decorate our new home. We couldn't be more pleased with the service Pam provided and wholeheartedly recommend her.

**★★★★★ — Seacoast Real Estate Photography, March 2017**

> I have known Pam for over 5 years and have photographed many of your staged homes. She does an amazing job, very professional and always reliable. Creative designs, colors and just great to work with. I have always heard great things from any realtor that works with her and she is my go to for staging recommendations when asked! Thanks Pam.

  - Description: This high-end condo in downtown Portsmouth was empty before we came in to stage it. Our goal in staging was to add some shine and sparkle, and lighter furniture to contrast with the heavier finishes and stonework. We think the mid-century furniture and the silver and cream accents give this space a little femininity and fun.

  - Description: This dining room went from the Tuscan phase of the 90s to this sharp and modern update. Spruce specified paint color, advised on new lighting, selected the wool rug and the fabric for the slipcovered chairs, designed the custom drapes with the greek key detail, sourced accessories and the mirror for over the hutch, and consulted on the gallery frames for the focal wall. We can't take credit for the original framed art tho - that was done by the homeowner herself. We think she captured the color…

  - Description: This project took us to Portsmouth, New Hampshire, where we had the pleasure of staging this sweet little condo. The transformation of the dirty red fireplace brick - painted bright white - promoted us to take a close up shot of the amazing new look. Fun textiles including a Surya flat weave rug and pillows from our staging inventory made this an eclectic mix of color, novelty, and simplicity.

  - Description: This was a wonderful staging project that required some major upgrades and updates throughout. We had wallpaper removed, chose new paint colors, and selected all furniture, and sourced all decorative items. Additionally, we made all of the custom floral arrangements. A dream project!

## Community Q&A

**Q: Paint color** *(in Photo Questions)*

What is name of blue-gray paint in living room? Thanks!

A: I am so sorry that I can't tell you! Contractor had it painted already before we staged the house. In my opinion it looks a lot like beach glass by Ben Moore

**Q: Back splash detail** *(in Photo Questions)*

What tile and casing did you use in the square above the stove?

A: Is that soapstone counters...and for the island, what did you use?

**Q: What color was used on the walls? It is serene!** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Sorry for this long overdue response. Though it doesn't look like it, this is Sherwin Williams Stone Lion. In the photograph it is much greener than in real life.

**Q: What type of floors are these? Thank you!** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: they are actually wide plank pine. Thanks for asking.

**Q: What is this wall color? Thanks!** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Thanks for asking - this is Grasslands, by Sherwin Williams \# 6163. Here it is in a bathroom that I staged.

**Q: Need help with my living room/dining room/reading nook** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Need to put some finishing touches in these rooms. The round mirror will go over the buffet table. Any ideas what these rooms need to make them "pop"?

A: or this one....
