The owner was very hands on and has an outstanding eye for color and materials. His vision for what could be done to our spaces was innovative and suited our taste perfectly. They basically gave us a new home within the existing walls of a home built in 1988. They replaced windows, doors, floors, fixtures, cabinets and hardware throughout. We added an HVAC unit, new water heaters, moved a gas line, added a dormer, insulation, attic space and lighting throughout the house. They were thoughtful and respectful while in our home for several months because of the scope of the project. From our experience it is all about the crown moulding and how the cabinets tie into the ceiling. **Q: why is there a big gap on each side of the sink?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: We refaced these builder cabinets with a design the client desired.
