> With so many great designers on Houzz I strongly rejoice keep looking.  Sarah is a great interior designer but her lack of business professionalism was honestly stunning.  After spending $2k on design services she A) wasted time recommending finishes that completely disregarded the project budget.  Then B) after recommend wallpaper that was no longer available she took more (paid) time to choose another option.  When I said I wasn’t sure I liked it, rather than help me with additional options she sent me the name of a wallpaper wholesale company to go pick my own! Then C) she sent me an invoice via email that went to my spam folder. Then with NO phone call or email sent my acct a collection agency AFTER I had found and paid the invoice in my spam folder!  As a business owner myself I cannot fathom the lack of customer care and service I’ve received and am honestly still shocked that someone would treat a client so carelessly.

> Sarah exceeded my expectations for her involvement in a complete kitchen remodel project.  I hired Sarah in 2018 to design and manage a kitchen remodel for my mid-century modern home.  I spent quite a bit of time gearing up for this remodel and I felt I had "one chance to get it right".  We didn't move any walls, but the entire kitchen was gutted and we started over with electrical, flooring, cabinets, plumbing, paint, countertops, appliances, light fixtures, furniture, etc.  Sarah was involved from start-to-finish with design, recommending and working with the contractor, and finishing touches.  My remodel was in capable hands with Sarah and I never felt stressed about anything.  Sarah is an experienced professional who is knowledgeable, sensible, creative and detail-oriented. What is the with of the fireplace and what kind of floors are these?

A: The firebox is 36" wide and they are cherry floors.  Be aware that cherry floors need a lot of care.  They can scratch easily.  We did a commercial grade finish for added strength.

A: The walls are actually a commercial vinyl wallcovering in a deep purple.  Ceiling is KWAL CL2641W Blank and painted walls are KWAL 1004W Amiskwi.

A: The hall wallpaper was a Colour & Design vinyl.
