The project came in at the estimated price and earlier than predicted/promised. Equally important, the job site was always tidy and they left the suite immaculate (as it had been when they stated). The main part of the job involved removing the existing drywall ceiling then installing new off-set drywall and soundproofing material hung from the joists. Two closets were created as well. They managed all the electrical and plumbing sub-trades, the dry-wallers, and the painters.
