He clearly understood what we wanted to accomplish and solved a tricky space problem while also offering expert insight on additional items we would not have thought of. His experience with his own family and designing for others truly helped us maximize storage space-a major concern of ours. Omar is professional in all aspects: making time to talk and explain the "why" of things, setting and meeting project deadlines and appointments, and quickly returning drawings and emails. It is no surprise that he also has a network of other highly regarded professionals (contractor, interior designer, etc) that can help with other aspects of the build. (They had previously worked together which made the project run more effectively.) Finally, we liked the unique economic model where we paid for a completed drawing set and not hour by hour. That allowed us to change our minds on details as we progressed through the process, without having to worry about additional costs. Omar is detail oriented, highly knowledgeable and extremely professional in all aspects.
