> Horrible experience.  3 1/2 month remodel ended up taking over 9 as we had to fire him and bring on someone else to finish.  Had to redo parts of project done incorrectly.  Rarely saw contractor.  Way over budget re complications of having to work thru winter and legal fees to cancel contract.  DO NOT RECOMMEND.

> Ownership continually changed the scope of work made revisions including changing finishes and  specifications  to a time sensitive project. After we mobilized and began demolition all proposed windows which had been ordered were enlarged causing months of delays and cost increases. At the request of one owner we were required to employ his brother to manage the project. He was was unqualified to run the project. Maddy must have been unaware of the circumstances and all the changes to the scope of work. We parted ways amicably and with out engaging legal representation.
