> resolved my problem today. Abraham did what he said he would when he said he would do it.
> it is much appreciated.

> We thought that we may have had a plumbing leak (turns out we didn’t), and I wrote an email to the warranty department. Within the hour an excellent employee, Jacob, set up an appointment to stop by the following day. He came by today and we found out that there is not a problem. I was so pleased at the amazing service I received. They also sent two reps, Jacob and Logan. These individuals are top quality and very personable. This is a top of the line company, and we are very pleased with our house!

> We changed our review due to the warranty dept. sales was great- and then Logan Homes got paid!
> We made our list for the 90 day warranty check & we’re looking forward to getting a tool to keep the rusty water from ruining our cars & driveway! They don’t have any tool! The fan over the stove doesn’t work! We have 11 holes in our driveway from poles they used, we were hoping to get those fixed. We have a terrible wall in our kitchen, we asked for paint & we would fix that ourselves! I called after the warranty supervisor came by - and no response back! We don’t mind doing things on our own but we shouldn’t have 11 holes in concrete getting bigger in just 90 days! Please care for your customers AFTER THE SALE! If it was your cars getting ruined I think this would be a priority!!
> Please communicate & PLEASE CARE!! I would not recommend this company!

> I purchased a home in Bishop bridge in October 2023 which I did not get to move into until May 5th 2025. When my daughter and my realtor did my walk through before the year was up everything looked fine from the outside but when I started cleaning the house May 5th of 2025 and had a gentleman come to give me a quote on the putting a shower door in my master bedroom he found two holes on the inside of the shower at the bottom which no one saw during walkthrough because it was on the inside of the shower and no one got in the shower and looked down which I would not have expected to do myself being a new build and a new home you would expect the shower which evidently had a manufactured issue which obviously was not found. I have tried to talk to everyone at Logan Home that I can think of to get a response to help me with this problem I should not have to pay for a manufactured issue that was not found when they were building the homes. I have talked to several of the neighbors since I've moved in and at least five have had the same issues with their Master showers. So if you're looking to purchase a Logan home built in Bishop ridge and you haven't purchased it yet when you do your walk through definitely check the shower to make sure there's no holes in it. I am not happy with the people because they won't even talk to me. I've been told I could get an attorney but I don't want to go that far. But just be aware before you purchase.

> 3 stars for the sole purpose of price. But you get what you pay for. The cheapest floors you can get in a home, corners cut all over the place, rushed contractors just trying to develop the next neighborhood. If you have the time to save for a company that isn’t one of the big developers do so. Save yourself the grief.

> I am very disappointed with my year walk through warranty. I called and tried to schedule my appointment and the office said the warranty lady was out on vacation and would be back the next week and contact me. Now when I tried to reschedule the home office is saying I'm out of warranty and their is nothing they can do. This is very bad customer service and not what I was promised by the Logan sales agent and walk through supervisor. I will not ever buy from Logan homes again.

**Comment from Logan Homes:**

> Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. I'd like to clarify our warranty process to address any confusion.
>
> Our 90-Day Warranty includes one active warranty walk at the 90-day mark. This is the standard process, and we do not typically conduct an additional walk at the one-year mark. We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding this aspect of our service.
>
> When you called to request an appointment for a one-year walk, it was after your warranty period had already expired. At that time, our Warranty Supervisor was on vacation, and you were advised that she would contact you upon her return, which she did. Unfortunately, since the one-year warranty period had already expired, and as mentioned earlier, we do not conduct an active one-year walk as part of our 90-Day Warranty process.
>
> We appreciate your understanding and are here to help with any other questions or concerns you may have.

> I own a model Home in Sparrows Bend that My wife Gerlie and I are very happy with. My only grumble with D Logan is that he hires Illegat Mexicans who do substandard work and then pays for it in the end hiring his warranty team to wipe ass. Why not just award the bid to Good local NC American tradesmen who will do it right the first go round?

**★ — Joe Wolfla, July 2022**

> Logan Homes have HVAC issues because they put in the cheapest possible equipment. I have heard this from multiple Logan homeowners, and now we have found that after owning our home for one year (just past the Logan warranty period), our Carrier compressor needs to be replaced. It is one year old!!! The parts will be covered but we will have to pay $1000 for labor.
>
> During the building process, Logan refused to replace a bathtub that had a hole in it. They insisted on repairing it instead. They also did not finish out the shower area in the FROG bathroom with a shower door/glass partition, even though it is not possible to shower without getting water all over the entire bathroom without a shower door/glass partition. We also had no choice on finishes such as lighting, flooring, countertops, paint colors, tiles...NO CHOICES even though nothing was installed and it was a few months prior to completion. Take it or leave it. They refused to provide landscaping plans despite repeated requests. And again...no choices or changes months prior to closing.
>
> The air return in the bedroom is in a place that is extremely difficult to access in order to change the filter.
>
> Drywall issues are prevalent throughout the house.
>
> The bathroom (separate toilet area) is so small, you can barely turn around.
>
> Customer service/warranty personnel constantly change and don't show up for appointments.

> Logan promises they will fix issues during the 1 year warranty period but they never do. Many have hvac repairs within the first year, drainage issues and cracked cement. My home is two years old and I have a roof leak. Instead of repairing the cement they did a patchwork. It looks worse. Beware.

> Had 3 different builders in 6 months - constantly changing communication times and methods and then none - items in home changed without notice or approval and with no apology, explanation or set off. Very frustrating process . Very disappointed

> Logan homes will promise the moon and deliver dirt! They built the privacy berm in the middle of the lot, did not clear behind the berm, left an out building, a swing set and tree house on my property. We have talked to D Logan Jr. more than one time and he refused to address the issue. Called Logan Sr. he will not call back. We were told a golf cart was part of the deal. That changed half way through the buying. Wrong handles on cabinets, realtor in the community will tell you everyone’s business and violates all fair housing practices. And i could write a few more pages it goes on and on. They’ve gotten too big for their britches and could care less about their customers.

**★ — HU-555640136, Sept. 2020**

> If you enjoy your beautiful yard, don’t have Logan homes build your house! I had a water drainage problem water would sit and puddle therefore killed the sod and grass will not grow! Landscape co said $400 repair. But Logan will not fix it because standing water is only after 24 hrs. It’s amazing to me Logan’s only good reviews are by real estate people and subcontractors that do work for Logan NOT people that purchased a home. Run away from this builder!
