> We used Tom Martin for two major projects. Two years ago we resided the house and expanded the sunroom. This year we remodeled the kitchen. We are extremely pleased with both projects. Tom and Tommy are a joy to work with. I also liked that they provided suggestions for improving on my original ideas. Their work is top notch. Lastly, I like that they use other local small business owners for their sub contractors.

> Worked with Tom Martin on our kitchen remodel. He is professional and easy to work with. What sets him apart from others, however, is the quality of the workmanship and his attention to detail. His subcontractors are amazing and both Tom and Tommy regularly check in to make sure things are going as planned. My kitchen is a dream to work in. He worked seamlessly with the designer and decorator to achieve one of a kind details. His crew is dependable and the work site clean and tidy at the end of the day. We liked his work so much that we are going to embark on bathroom renovations and updates with him. If you're looking for someone to update your house this is the company!!

> Tom Martin and Son did a great job on our Spinnaker villa unit on Seabrook Island. We had them do a series of projects. After the first project went so well, we decided to use them for much bigger projects that were completed in each of the next three calendar years. We started with a complete exterior redo which included siding, roof, decks, and convert a screened porch to a sunroom, then the following year we had them redo the baths, and the third year we went for the kitchen remodel. All of the projects were completed on time and on budget with some great design creativity.

> We have have had the opportunity to work for Tom Martin and Son on multiple projects over the past few years. Tom and Tommy always do a great job of leading their projects and they make sure we have everything we need for successful integrations with the other trades. We appreciate their commitment to quality and the craftsmanship of the Tom Martin and Son team is always top notch. Both Tom and Tommy are easy to work with and anybody needing a new home or renovation will find the interaction very professional and honest.

> We used Tom Martin and Son LLC to renovate our 40 year old home on Seabrook Island. After getting four other bids and checking references, we had no doubt that we wanted to go with Tom Martin and Son. We are absolutely overwhelmed by the work they did to renovate our home. Instead of getting a renovated home, we really got a new home. The professionalism and workmanship of this company was more than we ever expected. Tom and or his son were on the job every single day, making sure everything was done to perfection. What was special were the suggestions made along the way to ensure a top quality end product. The companies recommended for selecting custom cabinetry, tile, paint colors, granite and lighting were also top quality. The transformation of our home is truly remarkable. We consider Tom and Tom Jr. friends and continue to brag about our beautiful home, thanks to them.

## Community Q&A

**Q: what’s the vanity length** *(in Photo Questions)*

What is the length of the bathroom vanity?

A: This custom built vanity was 119.5" long. Thanks!

**Q: can you share what paint color you used in these main living areas?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Looking for this paint name

A: Hi Jonathan,
The paint color throughout this home was a custom manual match, done through Sherwin Williams. I've attached below the formulas used. The 100% color was on the walls, and the 50% was on the ceilings. Hope that helps! :)

**Q: Exterior** *(in Photo Questions)*

is the exterior of this project new shingles or panels? Brand? Love your work. See it on Old Drake too.

A: The product information I have for the siding at this project was:
KD \#1 red cedar, blue label shingles
Hope that helps! :)

**Q: Tile?** *(in Photo Questions)*

What is the tile on the floor? Thanks!

A: This is a porcelain tile, Board Graphite 12 x 24. :)

**Q: What did u use for the counter tops?** *(in Photo Questions)*

My absolute favorite kitchen.............

A: Hi Elayna,
These countertops are Calacatta Gold from AGM. And thanks for the kind words... this was one of our favorite projects! :)

**Q: Do u recall color of grout used with brick backsplash?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Can't find Hanson Brick? Any contact info? ThanK U..Love your workl

A: Hi Elayna,
The color of the mortar for this brick backsplash is oyster white. Hanson Brick became Forterra a couple of years ago and we now source it through Meridian Brick in Summerville. Hope that helps! :)
