> Brian was the salesman that I dealt with and he was very professional when dealing with me. I was dealing with flood repairs and was having a rough time with the a contractor “Pristine Builders” doing my house repairs. Brian came in took the measurements on my five bedrooms, showed me samples and gave me prices on each. We had an issue with the upgraded padding not being in on time for my furniture delivery. Brian made a lot of calls and changed a job around. His crew showed up at 7:30 am Saturday and finished the install by 1 pm. Our furniture was delivered at 3 pm.  The crew was very professional, worked clean and efficiently and did a great job. Thanks again Brian.

> My husband and I hired Brian Garrett and his team at Flooring by Patterson to repair and refinish the wood floor in one bedroom of our new house.  We removed carpet from the room and discovered wood floor that needed some significant help!  His team was professional, tidy and extremely detailed in the work completed.  The white oak flooring looks brand new!  I can't even tell where floor boards were replaced to repair some previous water damage.  One of the men even came out into the living room and vacuumed some dust for us from the sanding of the floor.  The team also sealed some of the wood floor in the hallway outside of the bedroom to make the transition seamless.  We are so happy with the work performed and are coming up with ideas to utilize Flooring by Patterson again in the future.
