With the large garage and resort style pool area entertaining will be a priority. We hired Lee to oversee the construction and he made it very easy to keep track of the construction process. Remember when you're looking at any photograph online or on Houzz... colors can be deceiving. There are many different effects that may come in to play with light, reflection of other colors in the area, and some photographs are run through Photoshop or other programs that enhance and change the colors slightly... I always have several sample selections painted on the wall of the house in different areas to see what they look like in different light situations and angles of the sun. Picking paint colors are a very tricky... good luck.... and thanks for asking... **Q: What material is used for the pool coping/decking?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: Porcelain tile has come a long way. it is more durable and looks like concrete... it is nor porous and is more resistant to stains...
