I met with several builders prior to selecting Iron Gate but selected them because of their experience, knowledge, references, finished projects and the amount of quality they provided in their proposal vs their competitiors. Their services and the quality of the work were exceptional. They resolved some difficult architectural issues created by my original design firm and suggested improvements resulting in a much better design. Their professionalism and handling of contractors, construction difficulties was excellent. Joe Wert made the building process much more enjoyable because of his work ethic and his desire to ensure I was happy with all aspects of the project. Joe completed the project within the budget we set(even with a few changes requested by me) and on schedule. They stand by their work and followed up long after the project was complete to answer questions and resolve any minor issues that arose. Would you share the paint color you used on the walls? It is a great neutral palette. A: I am glad you love the colors. That wall color is Repose Gray SW 7015. The ceilings are Eider White SW 7014 and the trim color is Snow Bound SW 7004. All colors by Sherwin Williams.
