He did a wonderful job, measuring and letting me know how much paper to order, and installing three different papers in three different rooms. When one of them turned out to be a bad choice (thanks to me being halfway across the country during Covid so I couldn't be on-site to see the completed space before the paper was installed, or the paper as it was going up), he came up w/a solution that's worked well for the last four years. But it was time to revisit the idea of wallpaper in our back kitchen this year, and after looking at what seemed like millions of possibilities online, I made what I was hoping would be a much better choice this time! We were working with a wonderful Swedish wallpaper company, and the way they need you to measure is different that what we'd done before - Adam was very patient with me to make sure I ordered the paper correctly (very important, since it was custom!). He scheduled the install for the week after the paper was delivered - that was wonderful, since with the holidays coming up, I fully expected to have to wait till next year! He kept me posted on the installation progress and sent pictures - I appreciated that, along with his enthusiasm which helped me feel much better about the second time of this long-distance project being the charm! I had one wall to do and the wallpaper went down halfway to a chair rail.
