> When I bought my house 12 years ago, it came with a basic Jacuzzi hot tub that was already several years old. It was trouble-free for most of those years, but within the past couple of years, I've started having various problems with it. When I finally decided that it had lived a useful life and should be replaced, I started shopping around for a replacement. I looked at several companies with cheaper products, but was afraid of companies that didn't have showrooms and local representatives. I phoned Dolphin and talked with Mark. I was really impressed with his knowledge of the products and he answered all my questions. Before driving all the way to Flower Mound where Dolphin had the particular tub that I was interested in purchasing, I decided to drive to the Forest Ln. location and visit with Mark in person. He took the time to explain the differences between the various models and made it very easy for me to understand all the information. Because of budget restraints, I had pretty-well decided on the basic J115 model. Mark helped in that decision and didn't try to up-sale me with any sort of high pressure sales tactics. I signed the contract and left confident that I was making the right choice. Larry came out for a site inspection and we discussed the various options for getting the tub into my backyard. It involved taking down my neighbor's fence and also my backyard fence. He said the installation crew could do the work for a reasonable price. He took pictures so that the installers would know in advance exactly what was involved. Rob and Kenny showed up on schedule the next day to install the tub. They are both skilled professionals that obviously take pride in their work. Kenny gave me a crash course on the operation of the new tub, and they left with everything cleaned up and in order. I couldn't have been happier with the whole installation. I would be very pleased to recommend the staff of Dolphin Polls to anyone for their professional attitude, their service standards, and their knowledge to their products. It's never fun spending thousands of dollars, but after a few soaks in the new tub, I'm convinced that I made the best possible decision. Thanks for your extraordinary service!
